A Busy Lamp Field (BLF) can be added to the M7310. It displays the status of as many as 24 telephones. Excellent for receptionist and secretary positions who need to know whether a phone is idle, busy, or on 'Do Not Disturb' before transferring a call.

With the Norstar M7410 Cordless Telephone, you can be instantly available to your customers. Employees can use idle time--walking to and from meetings or to the fax machine--to return voice messages or answer important calls.

Norstar Companion Wireless Phone How many calls do you miss when you’re away from your desk? Now, imagine this: taking your Norstar telephone set and shrinking it down so it fits in your pocket. Then removing the cord, so you can walk away from your desk and still make and receive calls anywhere in the building. As you walk and talk on your wireless telephone, your conversation is picked up by a COMPANION Base Station connected to your Modular ICS. And as you move, it hands off the call to another Base Station. Just like cellular technology, but it’s in your building and there’s no per-minute charge.

Also known as Key Lamp Module (KLM). Up to 2 Central Answering Positions (CAP) can be added to an M7324 providing 48 or 96 additional programmable buttons. Use these to program features or autodial numbers, or as status indicators for designated lines and telephone sets. An expanded M7324 can accommodate up to 80 lines. Power Transformer required.
