The Voice Pro system is a combination Voice Mail
System and hybrid telephone switch for the Small
Office/Home Office (SOHO) market. The Voice Pro
System supports up to 4 incoming phone lines and
up to 12 extensions. These extensions can support
regular telephones, fax machines, cordless phones
and credit card machines.
The VP supports up to four incoming lines with two
ports available for voice mail and stores two to
eight hours of messages. There are up to four main
system greetings along with an Auto Attendant and
a Night and Weekend Greeting. There are 85 mail-
boxes, which can be accessed locally or externally.
The VP may be operated in the normal or Auto
Attendant mode. This system has multiple prompts
to facilitate ease of operation. Programming is
accomplished via telephone extension. Remote programming is possible with the VP as well as remote
access to retrieve and leave voice messages.
The hybrid switch portion of the system allows the
user to make station intercom calls and place calls
on hold (music on hold is available with a music
source), transfer calls from one extension to another, conference up to three parties, etc. Call Screening may be used to identify the calling party by voice prior to taking the call. This feature may also be used remotely with your mobile phone. Fax detection with automatic transfer is also a standard feature as well as Caller ID*. The system supports all standard telephones, speakerphones, and cordless phones.
